Hi, my name is Dr. Timothy Kosinski. I am a dentist in Bingham Farms, Michigan and am looking for 100 potential patients to be evaluated for an educational study on the use of various dental implant types. This includes patients who may be missing single teeth, multiple teeth or are wearing removable partial or complete dentures.
A no fee evaluation, including radiographs, will determine whether you are a candidate for this program. CT scans and the radiographic stent, if needed, will be charged to you at a reduced fee. This will allow us, when indicated, to use our CT scanning software to virtually determine ideal position of the dental implants using the computer .This is incredibly exciting technology.

I am also is offering financially strapped individuals who cannot afford necessary dental implant surgery the chance to save over $2,000 by volunteering to be patients for a national dental implant training program.
We are the only dental practice in Michigan selected to provide patients for general dentists licensed in Michigan who are being trained to provide dental implant surgery.
The program is being conducted jointly in Michigan by myself and the nationally renowned Dr. Todd B. Engel and the Ladera Ranch Implant Institute in California. Participating dentists will be trained for two days and then on the third day will perform an actual dental implant on patients who volunteer at our SmileCreator office.
